Specifications   JRM-II series burning coal high temperature hot blast furnace is to exchange heat at high efficiency 
    JRM-II series burning coal high temperature hot blast furnace is to exchange heat at high efficiency with high temperature flue gas generated from burning coal after purification, obtaining 350~550 clean air with high temperature. For obtaining more steady flue gas and lowering labor strength,burning coal adopts chain oven bars,provided with feeding coal device, slag putting out device etc, and discharge out these flue gas after exchanging heat. Rowing pipes, more strokes, hanging type and plug-in type heat exchanger is adopted, whose general heat transfer coefficient is in 30-35w/.m2. As to different temperature requirements, different material (2520# stainless steel, 1Cr 18 Ni 9 Ti stainless steel, 10# aluminizing steel, 20g boiler steel, 10# steel etc) is used in heat exchanging pipe.
